Dr Rahul Padmanabhan is a consultant in Geriatrics and Gerontology based in Coimbatore. He is a pioneer in home and community based elder care programs  and has been successfully managing elders in Coimbatore through innovative care programs. He specializes in chronic disease management, palliative care and dementia care. He has been instrumental in developing feasible models for transitional care. He is a graduate of Calicut medical college, India. He did his Master’s Degree in Applied Gerontology and Wellness Management from Ball State University, Indiana, USA. He has worked closely with long term care(LTC) facilities in USA and brings with him rich expertise in managed care of elders.

Mr Muhunth is the Chief Physiotherapist of Dr Rahul’s Elder Care - Coimbatore. He is a post graduate in Orthopedics Rehabilitation( MPT- Orthopedics). He specializes in complex rehabilitation in elders with movement disorders, dementia and multiple comorbid conditions. He has presented on pain management in national and international seminars. His research interest involves movement disorders and pain management byPhysiotherapy

Mrs Kousalya Karthikeyan is the consultant Psychologist and Counselor at Dr Rahul’s Elder Care. She specializes in Transactional Analysis (TA), Psychodrama and is a Master Practitioner in NLP.  She holds a Masters in Applied Psychology and had 9 years of Training in TA. She provides cognitive behavioral therapy, Grief and Depression counselling, reminiscence therapy and group therapies. She also facilitates the support group activities at Dr Rahul’s Elder Care."

Mrs. Priscilla is the chief nurse at Dr. Rahul’s Elder Care. She holds a nursing graduate degree from CMC, Vellore, and has a decade of experience in elder care, especially in long-term care. She specializes in dementia care, chronic wound management, and end-of-life care.
