Mr Sudheer brings with him a rich experience of over 20 years in Eye Care Business Management. He was the Director of Operations with Vasan Eye Care Group, where he worked for 15 years. During his tenure at Vasan, he was responsible for establishing and operating more than 82 eye hospitals across India and Sri Lanka. He has closely studied the geriatric health sector in India and has immense passion in developing managed care model of geriatric healthcare in India.

Dr George Paul is an experienced Geriatrician who has worked both in UK and India. He completed his medical graduation from Alapuzha Medical College and has been trained in Geriatric Medicine in UK. He is Member of Royal College of Physician and has more than 2 decades of experience in elder care. Currently he serves as Professor at the Department of Geriatrics, School of Medicine, Kochi, India. His insights into elder care and assimilating medical protocols for home and community based geriatric care has been largely absorbed into Dr Rahul’s Elder Care concept of care.

Dr Sunu Valasseri is an experienced research physician with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry. He is part of several ground breaking research work in pharma industry. He graduated from Calicut medical college, India and holds a Master of Science (MSc) focused in Pharmacology from University of Hertfordshire. He is a faculty of pharmaceutical medicine, UK. He has deep understanding of health care from both UK and India and brings with him rich experience in developing feasible and sustainable health care models.
